Free standard shipping on orders over $100.00 (in the contiguous U.S. excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
Orders are shipped via UPS and rates are calculated at checkout.
Please choose from:
- Ground - Delivery in 2-8 days
- Next Day Air - Overnight guarantee, typically by 10:30 am
- 2nd Day Air - Delivery in 1-2 days
- 3 Day Select - Delivery in 1-3 days
- Worldwide Express - Delivery in 1-3 days
- Worldwide Expedited - Delivery in 2-5 days
- Standard - Day-definite scheduled delivery (to Canada only)
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders placed before 12:00 PM noon are shipped same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM noon are shipped the next business day. KAPLA ships Monday - Friday and all orders are shipped from Carrollton, Texas.
Once an order ships, you will receive the tracking details by email.
Shipping to Canada
Orders can be shipped to Canada via UPS. Free shipping does not apply to Canada. Rates are discounted UPS shipping rates. In addition to the shipping rate, there are additional duties and taxes due upon receipt of the shipment in Canada. We apologize because we cannot provide the amount of the duties and taxes in advance. You will be charged upon delivery.
UPS states that the receiver will be charged on delivery for duties and taxes. The receiver will be notified of final charges in advance, immediately as they are assessed. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import into Canada.
Check UPS Ground Shipping Transit Times Online
If you would like to know the transit time from when a package ships to when it will be delivered according to UPS, it is possible to check it online:
- Visit https://www.ups.com/maps
- Enter the zip code 75007 where orders are shipped from in TX
- Choose "Shipped from this ZIP code"
- Locate your delivery address on the map and use the corresponding color to tell you the number of transit days.
- Transit days are business days Monday - Friday only
Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air via UPS do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
When calculating delivery dates for Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, count business days (Monday - Friday) only. For example, a 2nd Day Air order shipped on a Thursday would arrive on the following Monday. A 2nd Day Air order shipped on a Friday would arrive on the following Tuesday.
